Private Advisory is for senior leaders navigating significant responsibility, transition or change who want discreet, highly individual support over six or twelve months.

Meet Miranda Christopher
This work began long before it had a name.
I loved my work in organisational transformation. The more complex the challenge, the more energised I became.
I worked hard, always went above and beyond, and brought fun and enjoyment into the workplace—demonstrating time and again that people perform better when work is allowed to feel good.
For years, I understood what had happened in terms of workload, pressure and the cumulative effect of carrying significant responsibility. But I didn’t yet understand the deeper reason it had happened.
That understanding came in 2023, when I attended an online seminar as a highly sceptical participant.
By the end of it, I was in tears.
For the first time, I could see that I had spent years operating in a way that wasn’t aligned with who I was.
I had been highly capable. I had delivered results, led complex transformation and repeatedly demonstrated what I could do. But the way I had learnt to work and lead came at an enormous personal cost.
Burnout wasn’t a failure of capability.
It was the eventual cost of the distance between who I was and how I had learnt to operate.
That realisation changed the way I understood leadership—and became central to the work I do today.

Through The Leadership Stylist®, I bring together more than 35 years of lived experience in organisational transformation, people development and hands-on leadership with BG5® Career and Business Design, Magnetic Mind coaching, and personal and professional brand identity through my work as a licensed Style Coach.
This enables me to work with the whole leader: to understand how they are naturally designed to lead, recognise the conditioning that may be obscuring it, and align their inner style with how they make decisions, communicate and are experienced by others.
